HealBeat ("we", "the app") is a simple audio app. This policy explains — in plain language — what happens to your information when you use it.
The short version: the app itself collects almost nothing. All sound is generated on your device, your settings stay on your device, and payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
The app does not ask for your name, email, or any personal details. It does not have accounts, profiles, or sign-ups.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy Premium, Lemon Squeezy handles your card or payment details — we never see or store your payment information. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to that part: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
If you contact us to restore a purchase, we may ask for your order email to find your order — that's the only personal data we might handle, and only if you send it to us yourself.
The app is hosted on Netlify, which may process standard technical data (like your IP address) in order to deliver the app files to your device, as any website does.
Because we hold essentially no personal data about you, there's usually nothing to delete on our side. You can clear everything the app stored on your device by clearing your browser's site data. For payment data, contact Lemon Squeezy or use your customer portal link in your order email.
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. It does not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the updated date above will change too. Material changes will be noted on this page.
